PAYMENT METHODS: DEBIT, CASH, E-TRANSFERS AND CHEQUES.

Payment: Payment is collected monthly, and is based on weeks per month. Payment is collected one week in advance, and a $20 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 1st of the month. Payment can be made by cash, debit, e-transfers or postdated cheques. Please notice, there is a $20 fee for bounced cheques.

On Hold: If you are going to be away for a month or two( Christmas and Summer times), you can put your lessons on hold and maintain your time slot, however we require immediate payment. We can not hold your spot unless we receive the payment on the week of the last lesson before your break.

Cancellation: Lessons may be cancelled and rescheduled without charge at any time given a minimum of 24 hours notice. The make-up lessons must be scheduled within 2 months from the missed lesson. After the 2 -months period, the lesson will be forfeited. There are no credits or refunds given for student absences: We Do not make up lessons if students forget about a
lesson or fail to show up for a scheduled lesson. However, in the event of an emergency, you will qualify for a make- up lesson.

Refunds: If you decide to withdraw from the lessons. Full Tuition Fee will be refunded only when cancelling before the start of the month covered by payment. If cancelling after the start of the month covered by payment, you will be credited lessons. Credited lessons expires after 3 months. Remaining postdated cheques will be returned.

Teachers Cancellation: If your teacher is not available for any reason, a qualified substitute teacher will fill in. If a substitute teacher is not available you will be credited a make-up lesson.

Lateness: If you are late you can only receive the remaining time of your lesson. If your teacher is late you will receive the full time of your lesson.

Results of Music Examinations, Assessments, Auditions  and Competitions: Super Tonic Music School accepts no responsibility for results students achieve on music examinations, assessments and/or competitions. Students and/or parents are encouraged to fully discuss the requirements and expectations of music examinations, assessments, auditions and competitions with the teacher in advance of application and during preparation. At home practice is mandatory.

Snow or Bad weather: On occasion, when is not safe to hold the lesson, students will be contacted and the lessons will be rescheduled. This is very inconvenient, so will ONLY be done on the most severe weather.

Registration at Super Tonic Music School assumed that you have read and will abide with all policies above. This document will remain online and you may make a request for a written copy at any time. We thank you for your attention to all details and for your anticipated cooperation.
